“Greetings, my Lord Elrond, Princess Ninde. He made his way through the gates, with his mantle billowing out behind him, and with Balin and Dwalin on either side of him. He was dressed in his finest kingly garb, with the raven crown and a new royal blue furred Dwarven Mantle over his shoulders. Also, the private chambers for Lord Elrond and the Elven princess, Ninde, along with the Elven guards in the royal guard halls.

He smiled to himself, as he turned and entered the mountain again, where he found Balin and informed him of their Elven guests who were making their way toward the mountain. He sent out his most trusted raven, Roac, and within several minutes, the raven arrived back, to report that yes, Lord Elrond had indeed arrived, and he had not only his most trusted Elven Guards, but his daugher, Ninde, with him. He could see a flurry of movement there, and wondered if Lord Elrond and his party had arrived in the city. Thorin had been standing on the south side of the ramparts on top of the mountain, staring out over the city of Dale.
